My professional planning fees can cover a wide variety of tasks and services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and international air (commercial)

  • Hotels booking

  • Travel Insurance

  • Airport transfers

  • Day tours and excursions

HOW I CAN HELP

  • I take care of every aspect of your trip, from your flights and hotel to ground transportation, cruise and excursions. Therefore, while you dream of your next vacation, I can organize everything for you.

  • I provide you with the best value for money. Using a travel agent does not cost you more than if you booked your trip yourself. This is a common misconception. As a travel agent, I have access to the best deals and the expertise to get you more for your money.

  • I provide you with unparalleled peace of mind as I am here to assist you from start to finish. In the event that something does go wrong, I will be your invaluable resource.

  • I am accessible for you, before, during and after your vacation, so that you won't have to rely on a hard-to-reach customer service center or an irritating automated sequence in the event that you have questions or need assistance.

PLANNING FEES

My planning fees are a one-time payment per household per trip. I will book all elements of your travel as listed above. Here is a sample of my service options.​

 

Valet Planning Fee 
from $97 / household

This valet planning fee allows me to plan, research and book every element of your vacation from the list above, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style.

Group Travel Planning 
from $297 / trip 

 

Sometimes we just need that Cruise exquisite vacation to celebrate anniversary, multi-generational family gathering, girlfriend getaways, class reunions, company trips, or active travelers (Sports Clubs) reunion.

 

Working with your group will ensure that the perfect itinerary is planned for each traveling household, ensuring all travel plans align for the best vacations.

Emergency Support / 
Rebooking Fee 
 $257 / household

 

Need to cancel your trip and rebook the same vacation for a later date? I can take care of the tiny details from canceling each element of your current booking to confirming new dates. Should you need rebooking services while you are away, I can also take full care of that.
