Vicky was amazing and made planning our honeymoon stress-free. She listened to what we wanted and provided various resort and flight options, helping us create the perfect trip for our vision within our budget. Everything from seats on the flights to resort room type were taken care of in advance so we didn't have to worry about anything. Would definitely recommended Vicky and would book with her again.

Extremely satisfied by Vicky's services. Of note though, documentation provided by Air Canada Vacations stated the resort would charge a fee of 20 Pesos/day during the visit but this fee was 34 Pesos/day. Air Canada should validate documentation before they send it to customers.

Vicky was very attentive to our travel arrangements/requirements, from the dates, to hotel rating, to ensuring rooms selections ahead of time. The time she took to ensuring our seat selection on the flights to ensuring we had adjacent rooms with our kids, was truly appreciated. We had nothing to do but get ourselves to the airport.
